Cards like Blackmail , Moment of Clarity and Talvanni bring fresh and unique feeling to each game.
In the change log you can see some of the things I’ve tested out.
The latest addition is Crushing Blow instead of Navigators.
The change increases the aggro edge by fair bit and also helps you be more efficient and reactive defensively.
I’ve recorder and posted on YouTube bunch of games with this deck.

Glad you like it ! Its really fun deck to play.
I think many people overlook it and not even consider the possibility of it working.
As you said , its “far away from mainstream”. But in fact, it does work.
I used it to get to legend ranks this season and it stays strong vs most decks in the current meta.
It works but i have here Problems with Healths vs fast or Aggro Decks. But testing now other Variants with (Thieves Guild Recruit bring it for 5), (Murkwater Shaman brings every turn the card alive one Curse, also an action for 0). In Testgames i feel it brings a little bit more Control on Board with Creatures but im not completely satisfied
Aggro can be annoying and ruthless
I suggest you put 3rd Aldmeri Patriot and Immolating blast back.
1x Talvanni and 1x Elusive can go away if ur facing a lot aggro.They r slow cards.
Even tho I love Scouting patrol , you rly want to avoid having 2 of those in ur starting hand vs archer like. So I reduced them from 3 to 2 , because of archer alone.
*tbh 1x Ice Storm instead of Immolating blast could also help you deal with aggro.
Main role of the blast was to take care of “Hist Grove” on 15
I did ran Ice Storm for some time , but I felt like its cutting ur aggro edge by fair bit.
Its just dead card in ur hand when u out tempo ur opponent.
about the Green Version of it. I did tried that to.
I felt sumthing was a miss there tho. I couldn’t make it work consistantly.
If you have working version of it, I would happily try it out
But i have test a lot of Cards. At the Moment works this Version Defender of MRG
very fine and i have the best Result. For me it is a little bit slower to play and i like this Playstyle.
I was Legend before u share the Deck, but i think this and an other Idea will (so i hope) the next Way to Legend. It makes a lot of Fun. I’m still excited

Your version is definitely slower , a lot more control .
Tribune and Wisdom of Ancients are good , once you get ur supports online.
I also considred Tribune , but all I wanted was Action or sumthing that draws. So I decided they’ll slow the deck down, but thats exactly what you want.
To be honest Dawnstar healer is a bit outta theme. I can guess why they r there , but dunno if they can perform as you want. Flat out guard prolly gonna give you more +HP per game on average.
Fate Weaver , I assume its too keep the draws rolling , but its 6 magicka cost.
Hard card to play if its not from prophecy proc…on other hand tho Wisdom of Ancients is also prophecy and you put Javelins in there too …I can see whats on your mind xD
Thx for Feedback. Yes u have right. It was to more mixed, to slow and not really good work.
So i was thinking how can i get more Creatures on Board without lose to more Actions.
After next 20 Games i think i have a find a good Way.

New Version has more Actions (in Creatures) and thereby more Control on Board.
for example:
Without Piercing Javelin it was very hard to destroy an big Guard on Board only with Lightning Bolt. Or i need more Cards in Combo (f.e.: Lightning Bolt + Firebolt for one Hive Defender)
The Creatures alone not strong but in Connection with Artaeum Savant and Wisdom of Ancients they can be mutate to serious opponents. (with Luck they have all what we need: Drain, Ward, Guard, or Lethal vs Big Creatures).
Skywatcher is in Test now. I think is an interessting Card in this Version. I give him the precedence for Ice Storm.

Though I am dead stuck at rank 1, made no progress at all for the past week…
I also play quite a bit for my own version of MGR, I run auridon paladin and Artaeum Savant, the outcome is alright, but it is still very hard to deal with aggro
