Most overpowered card in the game. Needs nerf even a idiot can see that lol.

As much as I love it, it can end up being dead weight sitting in your hand for most of the game. The Draw condition is hard to pull off most of the time. Same with every one of these 6 cost "If you have more health than your opponent" based cards. Hard to pull of but a decent reward if you can. That's why it's stats are bad otherwise. It's a trade off.
I Don't think even Sharp-Eyed Ashkhan could be replacing Jarl anytime soon.
sure it has worse stats but higher health is an easier condition to trigger than Plot in mid warrior where Jarl is usually played on t7/8.
Sharp-Eyed Ashkhan is at best a t10 drop for better body and of course it's an expensive legendary.
