This is THE card for slowing down early game removal. Great against blue's cheaper removal spells.
I just realized something with this card that is - I guess - a bug. I was lucky because this bug favored me:
The opponent had Cultist in play. Then I played Paarthurnax. The shouts that was given by him still costed 0. I think it should not with like this. Thanks to this I could win a match.
Nice card for specific Daily Quest like "Reduce the cost of 10 cards".
When this guy die, All action cards in your (and your opponent's) hand are set back to Regular cost.
This process is counted for the quest ,Because it does reduce the cost of action cards.

Now that we have Pact Shieldbearer, I really feel like this guy should be nerfed. Shieldbearer is 1 more mana, 1 more health, and have to attack to trigger it's spell-cost-increasing effect. So basically this card is both stronger compared to it's cost, and has a more boring mechanic.
So if the devs would make it cost 4 mana, or reduce it's health to 3, that would be awesome. Because right now if played at turn 3, or even 2, it's instant win against spell based decks. Ridiculous.

A bit much for 3 mana, think it would be more fair if it only increased costs by 1
