great action, seems like the best dual-attribute card in Skyrim.
Something very stable and powerful.

Firebolt = 1 magicka for 2 damage
Silence = 0 magicaka for silence
1 magicka to put both effects into one card = win

This needs to deal two damage first and then silence because for one you're not just silencing a creature, you're dealing damage to it as well meaning any cards that can benefit from taking hits are canceled out but worse, sometimes killed. The one who has it the worst is Breton conjurer. Let me just list the many ways he can be eliminated without popping the ward: Arrow storm, cast into time,
execute, immolating blast, imprison(assuming you can meet the requirement to destroy it), piercing javelin, sanctuary raid,
devour, curse, drain blood, drain vitality, malefic wreath, suppress and mummify(forgive me if I missed a few). And that's not even counting summon abilities like Karthspire Scourge, Chaurus Reaper and grisly gourmet just to name three, and now this card exists that not only silences it but deals physical damage that it can't benefit from, killing it instantly. I'm not saying this card should be erased, I'm just saying it should swap the process in which its played. Maybe then, it won't be a 4.9 and in case you're wondering, yes. I do play this card and yes I've rated it five stars. I'm aware enough to know when something could be changed ESPECIALLY when I enjoy abusing it.
