I have minimal experience with this card but because it only has 3 health that's as much damage as it can do (without items or other ways of boosting health.) So it's kind of a 3/3 guard in a weird and situational way...not awful just strange I guess

Actually, when it is attacked by a creature with 4 power or more, it counts all of that power as damage done. So if a 4/4 attacks this, the 4/4 will die. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to be calculated, but it definitely adds to the value of this card.
It is an annoying card - to play against - because unless the attacking creature has more health than power, say Snowy Sabre Cat, then it will be destroyed as well.

Actually turns out breakthrough creatures can survive too (because they only do 3 damage to the creature it's self) which I think is a pretty neat interaction
