TGS - Core card. Alongside playing with Riften Pickpocket at early game will help you understand your opponent's type of deck better.
Arrest is superb, but you need to control the timing to steal the most important card in their deck. Bringing Renegade will help unshackle them for final kill.
I really appreciate dark rebirth because you could perform lots of versatile tactics with it. Like you could DB Ancano for lethal, or DB Miraak for multiple stealing or DB your captured creatures...
Good ol' VD is still serving as an excellent support removal.
Gourment is also helpful against Daggerfall mage, Stormcloak Vanguard(so they won't bring a legion) , giant bat (so no more +5+5 soul tear) and more annoying creatures.
