The deck plays like most midrange tokens, you contest the board quite strongly in the early turn to be able to get a lethal around turn 7-8 once your opponent can’t come back. The idea of the deck is to keep a strong mono-yellow shell as Ally is a card you kind of need to activate in a lot of situations.
In term of cards choices, Bruma Profiteer and Khuul Lawkeeper are both really good for the aggro match-ups, Hive Defender was cut at some point but it could come back depending on the meta, but Raiding Party was just a better defending tool against Hlaalu while being stronger offensively against everything else. Ambitious Hireling is an unexpected buff, and it synergizes very well with the rest of the deck. I don’t play Ash Berserker or Ulfric’s Housecarl as I feel both cards will generally be just win-more in such a deck, I prefer less conditionnal draw.
In general, I feel that deck is the right balance between aggro and mid-range for me, but it may not be the case for you in the current meta, so feel free to try different things!
