Also Considering Lucien(I usually dont run Lucien without soul tear though. This deck is purely guard/prophecy without card draw mechanics)
Added Galyn and Soul Tear for Titus Lydia and Golden Saints…removed watch commander simply card didnt feel like a big enough game changer for 5 magicka.

Other great Guard creatures to consider substituting in:
– Revered Guardian (cheaper than a Housecarl that gave itself Guard)
– Hive Defender
– Knight of the Hour
– Snowhawk Detachment (synergizes with other Guards)
– Senche-Tiger
+ 1 for a 4 magicka support doesnt interest me. I rather just play a creature.
I dont think id want to add 4-6 cards just for such a specific combination. My next edit will probably be the 4/2 3 cost willpower that draws if a rune is broken.
1. High Hrothgar is a game changer, so any chances to increase drawing it is useful. Treasure Map (the item) guarantees that you draw a support on Archaeologist, so worth the expense imo.
To compensate, added East Empire Crafter for a deck where 70% of the cards can get that boost as they’re /5. Dropped the Barrow Stalker and opted for the Gearwork Spider instead (prophecy, guard, 1/1 x however many in your discard pile).
A couple minor adds: Portcullis instead of Loyal Housecarl and Ring of Imaginary Might for another power = health. Basically a 7/7 by turn 4 or 11/11 by turn 6! Really tough to combat.
