I originally assembled this deck for PvE (sorry I forget exactly, Dark Brotherhood I think) but decided to try it in vs and hit Legend for 1st time in my 3 months of playing! Sometimes I play with Mundus Stone as a 51 card deck and that paired with Royal Sage can get kinda fun.
I've found that good control decks beat this quite easily, though, so beware! Typically if you don't win by turn 8 or have done significant damage by then where the opponent is scrambling to fend off your multiple minions then you will likely lose. I have won in as few as 4 turns with this deck, and with Cliff Racers and Lightning Bolts have beaten some control decks in 12+ turns.
I typically avoid trying to clear the board except for the obvious guards and drain creatures, and certain pilferers. So far this is working well for my 1st competitive aggro deck in vs and I hope to get some feedback!!

Great deck! Built it and got 5 wins in a row. I will play arund with it and tell you if i make some changes . :)
First deck I've outright just bought missing cards for. Looks like a lot of fun! I'll probably run it for newest event and will let you know how it does :3

I ran this deck in the current event and hit 6 and 7 wins in my 2 attempts. Its still weak against good control, but if you can do a lot of face damage in the 1st 5 turns then you can get lucky and beat those too! Thanks for the input!
I lost to a red blue aggro deck but that match could've gone either way; it lasted 5 turns!
How to use Fate weaver? any tips?

With all the prophecy cards in the deck Fate Weaver will usually turn one and you can immediately play it. I have had Fate Weaver hit when a rune was broken, followed by another Fate Weaver followed by another prophecy so basically I played 3 creatures from a single rune being broken at no cost. If you are unlucky enough for it not to be followed by a prophecy then its simply a high priced 3/3 with a card draw.. I never keep it in the initial card draw either
This was a successful deck again this month to hit legendary. I had a lot of difficulty in rank 1 and played around with removing the Brotherhood Slayers (they aren't really in here for their slay ability, simply the prophecy) and added some support removals but ultimately came back to this version and got through rank 1. One key to the success of this deck is to have 2 draw cards to start, or 3 if you go second; mulligan everything higher.
I've played around with some other classes' aggro/prophecy decks but this one has served me with the best win ratio over the past 2 months of experimentation.

I'm trying out this deck. I'm a new player and this is my first time laddering, so far it's been going well. Control is definitely tough, especially if I make a mistake and waste a couple of early turns going after something I deem a possible future threat instead of going to face as hard as possible, only for my weaker board presence to come to bite me in the ass later. I'm still learning to prioritize, but it's starting to get easier to read the other player. Thanks for the deck!

Thank you!! Always go face except for enemy creatures with drain, those must be killed asap and obvious guards in front of your creatures. Never quit a match with this deck as the prophecies can deliver you the winning blow as long as you have 1 rune remaining!

I don't like certain pilferers either, like the one's that get stronger each time they hit face.. I try to kill those quickly too, but hope to not feel so desperate as to waste a lightning bolt on them!

Brutal Ashlander's are my removal of choice though it's a toss of the dice as to whom they inflict 3 damage to..

1 bit of strategy is to hold a lightning bolt, Camlorn Hero, ice spike, or Cliff Racer to finish off your opponent. I will allow my opponent to control 1 side of the board and skip over enemy guards with the help of Dune Stalker to do face damage instead of trading creatures.. Have a little faith in the prophecy!!

As your runes are broken you can play more creatures for free, so don't get caught up in trading!

Thanks for the advice! The worst matchups are the players who recognize I'm counting on prophecies and refuse to break my runes until they've pretty much built up to lethal. With those my only hope is that I can manage to keep one side of the board clear enough to get my own damage through, or that I pull a couple of lucky direct damage cards and can get the drop on them. But no deck is guaranteed wins all the time, so an occasional loss is fine.

PS. I love playing against aggro and faster midrange decks who underestimate me and think I'll try to stop them. Nah, keep hitting me, I love the free board advantage you're giving me!

Yeah those control types can, well, control you!! If you do enough face damage and place enough creatures in the 1st few turns and place them in both lanes then the controls have a hard time.. I typically run out of cards by turn 8 against control decks but have the opponent near death then a prophecy turn or something I am holding will secure the win!
Its a gamble, for sure!
I run the Prophet title that I got with this deck, and that alone scares the folks that run control decks!! lol

Running test decks the opponent often gets scared by the title too!! I've been testing a viable control deck and I see many opponents initially play me due to the title!! lol

Haha, I may have to try that out! :D Psychological warfare!

Fantastic deck and super budget. Thumbs up! Maybe I will finally get higher than rank 7 this season.

Edit: already hit rank 6 with a win rate of 79 % out of 14 games. So smooth.

Edit²: I hit rank 5 today for the first time with this deck. Thank you so much :)
