So, this was it. Once upon a time I had run away from home, just a little boy, determined to find help, determined to save the village. By now I was a man. Still young, but if my home even existed anymore I had doubted for a very long time. If there was any saving however, I had been told, it was to be found here. In this Academy. And access to it led through that little Sorcerer in his worn, grey robe. The tests, I had to pass, to get here, to the gates of a building, which barely distinguished itself from the surrounding rock anymore in it´s weathered state, had been grueling.

I had walked through fire, I climbed the mountain path through a blizzard, I fought the very manifestations of these elements and now there was this one last test.

"Lay down your arms, Pilgrim."

I followed the order of the little Sorcerer. It was a relieve. My arms had barely been able to hold my weapon and shield anyway. I was exhausted. I was tired. I had reached the end of my journey, one way or the other.

Then a mind shattering thunder tore the air. A smell of age old ashes, burning flesh and unspeakable horror felt my lungs. My knees started to tremble, then my legs just gave in like breaking wood and I dropped to the ground, helpless.

A dragon. A monster of a dragon. A mountain of a dragon had risen and glared at me with eyes, which had seen things, my mortal mind wouldn´t have been able to look at, without getting mad immediately.

"Fight the dragon."

I just looked at the little Sorcerer.

"Fight the dragon. This is your last test."

Something inside me just broke. I had come this far. I had suffered this much. But that was nothing, I could do. The Quest had kept me going - but here and now I had failed.

"Master, I am beaten," I admitted, barely capable of moving my lips, "but forgive me: If I was powerful enough, to fight a dragon with my bare hands, I wouldn´t have come to you in the first place. THIS is, what I came to learn."

The little sorcerer looked at me with no mercy or any expression of emotion in his eyes. Then he turned around. "Follow me, student."

I grappled myself up. I stumbled toward the gates. I made it. That little boy from all the years ago had made it. I would learn. I would become powerful. I would save my village. I had passed.

Yet once I had made it through the gate, I found myself not in the Academy, but on a shore. Facing another gate. Guarded by a monstrous Creature.

"Another test," I said to nobody, but myself, since there was nobody else, but myself.

"No test, fool," I heard the little voice in my head speaking, "just another lesson. Now get up, student, and learn."

Hi. Nice deck. One question: If you play Transmogrify it could pull out Manic Jack, right?
Hi, sorry for the late reply. The only creatures targeted by Transmogrify in this deck are Ohdaving and Alduin. Double Cards are only "legal" when both are creatures.
