Here is the take on Control Archer I've been playing for a couple of months with a couple updates from Alliance War.

The entire deck is based on how good Preying Elytra is.

Against control the plan is to draw cards. Play the Elytra on turn 7-10 with multiple pings in order to draw 4-6 cards and refill your plan.

Against aggressive strategies, it's all hands on deck using everything you have to stop the bleeding and recover with Drain+Sword of the Inferno.

Wide strategies are often your weakness here, so if you are finding that coming up often, you can remove a Magus, Salvage, and Opportunist for Skaven Pyromancers. Those slower cards in the list are a reflection of the speed of the ladder atm as folks explore the Alliance War with mostly slower strategies.

If you find larger Ward creatures and Cornerclub Gamblers making up most of your meta (Corrupted Shade, Hands of Dagoth, etc) I've often played 2-3 Fell the Mightys.
