I have been having lots of fun playing this deck this month. It climbed to Legend quickly and is capable of winning against all decks in the meta right now.

Early Game:
Just focus on removal and board control. Black Hand Messenger is great for this with some life gain added. This deck needs lots of mana ramp to win so Play your Tree Minder early if you can. Turn 3 Tree Minder, followed by a Turn 4 Fleeting Apparition that drops another Tree Minder is A+++
Mid Game:
Fleeting Apparition is a must play, whenever possible have a creature on the board when you play it to give you options on what you Betray to duplicate the spell. Remember that the creatures summoned by Fleeting Apparition return to your hand at the end of the turn. This allows you to get two uses out if the summon ability. Remember not to Use Galyn on a 3 or less cost creature because if you summon it later with Fleeting Apparition, it will lose its bonus when it gets returned to your hand. Ice Storm when needed to reset the board. Black Hand Messenger and Telvanni Catspaw give you a nice damage/lifegain/carddraw effect when you do this. Try to use Piercing Twilight to disrupt your opponents game plan. Mummify combos well into Ice Storm, Debilitate, or Black hand Messenger.
Late Game:
This is when it gets fun! I hold Swift Strike and Dark Rebirth for late game whenever possible. Hopefully you were able to use Galyn on one of the big nasties in this deck and you have 3x 9/9 Tazkad the Packmaster waiting to be unleashed.

As always, I am open to any suggestions on how to make this deck better.

Updated Changes
Added 3 harpies for early game 2 drop plus synergies with Fleeting.
Added 3 Necros (should of had these in here from the start, my hate for Ebon Slay carried over to this card, sorry).
Added Laaneth to pull combo cards late game.
Added Stealer of Secrets because I already have ring and viper and Laaneth, may as well have this late game kill combo available. Also with 28 actions this is a good card stand alone. Plus Necro can bring back!!
Took out
3 Spirit Knives (Necro is better).
1 Mighty Conjuring (Stealer of Secrets is better plus combos better)
1 Debilitate (Harpy is better early game, and Laaneth is better late)
1 Titus (better cards available).
1 Eclipse Barroness (for one more mana you get Laaneth and draw the card of your choice...)
1 Queen Barenziah (I love the life gain, but she is just too squishy)
Thank you for your comments and suggestions, the deck has gotten much better because of them.

Update:
Removed a Swift Strike because with both Laaneth and Sun in Shadow in this deck its easy to get when needed.
Added Luzrah gro-Shar because synergies with Necro are A+++ (if Luzrah is in play when you summon a Necro, you can chain summon all Necros in your graveyard because of the +2/+2 your Necro gets on summoning. I did all 3 in a match ending with a Sun in Shadow... it was glorious!!)

Hi, i like your idea. I made some changes to put in 3 Odirniran Necromancer and 2 copys of namiras shrine. What do you think?

What did you replace them against ?

I like the Necro, and had toyed with shrine but found that the deck was rarely in need of card draw. In fact if I am playing FA turn 4-6 and get a Catspaw on the first pull, I end up discarding due to a full hand. Fleeting does play really well with Shrine, I just think I would have to redesign the deck to use it properly.

Good stuff ... and fun! I just OTK'd a bro with two Strikes played on the Scanlon. That's classic.

I agree on the Necromancers, though -- there's definitely a place for them. And three Spirit Knives might be two too many.

Great deck, though. +1.
I love this deck! +1

Here's my impression:

The deck is creative and fun to play. Also, it's quite good.

But, the 3 spirit knives are very clunky. Also I would add Necromancers. I have no idea why Emperor Titius is in here either. Or Lucian. They don't go with the theme of the deck.

The lack of 2 drops is worriesome against aggressive decks.

Still, I like the idea of the deck and upvoted it. :)
Well done!

I completely agree on the Necro's but have had a hard time working them in. I guess, I could sub out a Spirit Knife or two. I completely agree on the lack of 2 Drops, this decks weakness is aggro when it does not draw its early removal. The problem is that all the two drops I want to add either do not work with Fleeting Apparition, or dilute what Fleeting Apparition pulls. I experimented with Poisoned Dagger but was not blown away. Let me know if you have any ideas. Harpy is another one I have thought about, it works with fleeting, can slow down and exchanges well with aggro. If I Fleeting with no creature on board and draw a Harpy it will shackle then I can kill it to draw again... not horrible.

Emperor Titus is Ehh for me. I like him because he does not get killed by ice storm or debilitate, and his ability is A+++ if he is allowed to stick around for a couple turns. I could def pull him for another Piercing Twilight (Especially with all the Ebonheart trash in the ladder).

Lucien is actually incredible for me... I either play him on Turn 4, when I have a Fleeting Apparition in my hand, or I hold to pair with a Black Hand Messenger drop (creating a 2/4 Drain that they have to waste a card to get rid of).

The 3 Spirit Knives look clunkey, but honestly this deck ramps up so quickly, its rare that I have one in my hand and cannot play it, or wish it were something else. Its greed is nice as well!

I appreciate the feedback and will try a version of Necro and 2 drops. I was going to try to finish top 100 this month but I keep getting distracted and wanting to test decks out which drops my ranking... Oh well.

I took out 2 spirit knives and put in 2 Necro's found them helpful also a good dark rebirth target. Yeh fast aggro decks can be a problem and Item BM.

Thanks for your reply! Lucian makes sense with Black Hand Messanger, I totally ignored that interaction.

Again mate, you did a fantastic job with this deck and I absolutely like playing it!

I'm thinking of playing this soon. I don't think I'm going to craft Emperor Titus for this, would you agree he can be fairly easily replaced in this list? That's 1 spot for a Necromancer. What else would you recommend most replacing with the other 2 Necromancers? I assume based on your comments you made some of these slight modifications to the list, and I was curious what you settled on. I am thinking of getting rid of two Spirit Knives to make room for the other 2 Necromancers.

What are your target creatures for the Cruel Fireblooms? Assuming it's primarily Black Hand Messengers and Telvanni Catspaws to trigger their last gasps?

Why not somehow make room for a 3rd Territorial Viper, Piercing Twilight, and/or Shadowfen Priest? Feels weird having a decklist that doesn't seem to prioritize consistency by having so many non-3-ofs, but what do I know? I never made a good decklist in my life :)

Hi!

Exactly, I cut 2 Spirit Knives and Titus for 3 Necormancers. :)

The Firebloom targets are correct. But use whatever target is available to get rid of big threats.

A third Viper is not really needed, since you can bring them back with Necros. I feel a third Shadowfen or Piercing Twilight is not really needed, either.

At the moment I am thinking about cutting out 1 Firebloom and Tavyar/Ryvat in favor of 2 Shrieking Harpies, to help with the early game while maintianing synergy with Fleeting Apparition.

What do you think about it?
My Current Version has 3 Harpies in it. They help early game vs Aggro, and provide synergies with Fleeting. Did you know that if you draw a Tavyar/Ryvat with Theives Guild Recruit, the cost of both is reduced by 1! I will post my current version today. Thanks for the comments!
