I have to give mikro4ever credit for inspiring this build with their spirit wolf heal deck.

I have been playing this on ladder the last 4-5 days and it has consistently placed me in the 100's (#99 for a second!). The combination of life gain, card draw, and breakthrough with rage late game has given it a much higher than anticipated win rate. You typically outlast other Aggro decks with your card draw and life gain. If you stall mid-late game vs greed, hold a Rift Thane or Rage when waiting for the other to come up for a nice critical finisher for 10 Mana.

As always, suggestions are welcome.

Took out 2 Elixers, for Giants better late game + support kill.

This is a fun deck but i get killed by very fast aggro. Any tips on Mulligan? Is it worth persevering with this on the ladder?

1) obviously if you draw the curve, (2 cost, 3 cost, 4 cost) you keep it. I muck everything except a 2 drop in opening hand including Priest of the Eight because he needs 2 yellow to activate his draw ability. The only card I keep in opening hand is Conjurers Spirit. I really have not had much trouble with Aggro. Typically all the lifegain and card draw tends to outlast them. When playing Aggro, be judicious on what you are putting in field lane. Its nice to challenge if you can but their deck is built to deal with challenges in field lane. I typically try to protect my life gain in shadow land and toss a Feasting Hunger in the field lane to slow them down. However there is nothing you can do against a well oiled Aggro deck if they get their draw... just take the loss and play another game.
