This is a versatile midrange-control deck which uses a lot of draw to keep up pressure. It has cheap cards and enough prophecy to hold out against aggro decks until the big boys get unleashed. It has a relatively safe endgame with Alduin although I've won more games with Kaalgrontiid summoning a Swiftwing Dragon than I have with Alduin. In fact the card draw potential often means you don't need a win condition because if you can keep drawing several powerful cards each turn then they will destroy your opponent before you draw the big boys.

The key to this deck is to know when to keep hitting face and when to only hit creatures for board control. This deck is flexible enough to allow for either relatively safely depending on the matchup.

I initially built this deck because I got premium Glacial Dragon and wanted to use it and found that it works so well with Tiny Dragons, Wildfire Dragons and Frostscale Dragons which is why I have 3 of each of them where usually you might have 2. I dabbled around with dragons previously, focusing on Tribunal. However Guildsworn offers hands-down the best range of dragon cards with the incredible card draw from Crusader.

One issue with this deck right now is that in the current patch, Echo of Akatosh does not reveal which keyword is given when a creature is drawn (bug). As this deck has mega draw it means I lose board control slightly more often because of this bug but even so, this deck still retains the highest winrate of all my current meta decks. It is incredibly expensive gem-wise, and budget cards can't really cut it. Luzruh, Undying Dragons, Blood Dragons and Echo of Akatoshes can probably be replaced if you can't afford them but then you won't have the graveyard dragons neccesary to summon Alduin.

Finished #106 in September Rumble using this deck.
