This deck has a lot of 2-damage pings and shackles that let you survive early game. I would say turn 5-8 are the weakest (unless you have an Odirnian Necromancer or Ice Storm in hand), because most creatures cost 3 or 4 mana and you can't always respond to faster decks immediately. Don't save your shackles for when you have Dres Tormentor on board, that's icing on the cake but the first priority is surviving. Use the Moonphase Suthays and Necromancer's Amulets to regain health after you stabilize the board on later turns. Once you have several creatures that have summon effects on the board plus an Ulfric's Uprising in hand, you can start to be aggressive. You can use Genius Pathmages with 13 mana (to pull Odirnian Necromancer-- make sure you have room on the board in case you pull Abnur into Odirnian Necromancer), 12 mana (Thorn Histmage, Shadowfen Priest, or Sun-in-Shadow), or 14 mana (Gentleman Jim), usually in that order of preference. Stop using Altar after 4-6 charges unless you specifically need the creature(s) it pulls or you have Ulfric's Uprising in hand. Sun-in-Shadow and Laaneth tutors should almost always draw Ulfric's Uprising, unless something else is urgently needed.
