Budget options:

Daggerfall Mage - Eastmarch Crusader
Supreme Atromancer - Mantikora or wispmother (and switching Crown quartermaster for blood sorceress) but it isn't the same. Supreme Atromancer is just the final nail in the coffin for aggro/mid-range or the last option against control.

Gameplan:

Mostly aggro agianst midrange and control, and against aggro more a midrange gameplan.

mulligan:
Try to get the one drop or a two drop, always go for the highest damage potentional.
