Patch 2.5
With Patch 2.5 also comes a new way to handle refunds for rebalanced cards:
Bethesda wrote:
The way it works now is that you will get to keep your card and the next time you log in to Legends (within three weeks), we will simply credit your account with the difference in Soul Gems between its Soul Summon cost and its Soul Trap value, based on how many copies of each card you own (up to three).

Deck Sharing Integration
Bethesda wrote:
At the bottom of the deck listing there is a new button for "Export". You can export any valid deck, and this will create an alpha-numeric code and place it in your device’s clipboard. Then, if you create a new deck and the game detects a valid code in your clipboard, you will receive a popup notification asking if you'd like to import the deck. If so, the game will attempt to add all the cards from the code (Premiums if available, followed by any regulars.)

If you do not own one or more cards from the code, the cards will still be added to your deck but will behave and appear as placeholder "ghosted" cards. You can Soul Summon the cards, which will complete your newly imported deck, or you can drag the ghosted cards out of your deck and replace it with a different card. Ghosted cards do not count in the total cards displayed, in the histogram or for deck validity

You can now import/export decks between The Elder Scrolls: Legends and legends-decks.com !

Here is a link to the balance changes.
And here to the complete patch note.

Tullius' Conscription going from 11 to 12 wont effect it at all. I was hoping that this team would understand that changing the cost of a card that's this strong by just 1 rarely makes an impact on it.

Also where's the Nerf to Torval Extortionist at? That thing shouldn't have been made as OP as it is and it shouldn't stay that way

It affected the 7 cost rage, just sayin'...
I agree. Most decks that play Conscription are already running some form of ramp which will completely negate the change in magicka cost. Telvanni Conscription is the worst offender and they usually play the card by turn 9 or 10 anyways, even with its original cost of 11.

I think its a great patch. The Deck Sharing Integration is the best thing, cause the Universal Deck Tracker doesn't work.
I was hoping for a stronger nerf to Conscription, as a 1 mana nerf doesn't change much. Control decks are still awful, so all it does it make it so midrange decks have one more turn to kill Conscription decks. The Pathmage nerf ruins Unite decks, so now uniting from no board is not possible. Fantastic, my favorite deck is now gone.

On the other hand, I agree with the rest of the card changes. Skulk and Ash Berserker were very oppressive cards. Skulk required an answer immediately or the early game is immediately handed over to the opponent. Berserker was very broken in midrange decks, allowing insane card draw off of a well-stated creature.

I'm very glad they're buffing weak cards also. The exalt on some of these made them borderline unplayable, but now they actually might see some fringe use.

It's totally unnecessary since there are 3th party programs for that who do exactly the same.

what programs? universal deck tracker does not work since the game is developed by sparkypants
there are similar programs working for the current version of TESL?

No it doens't work. But they do that intentionally tough. But why is it so great that they implement it into their game if previously that was already possible? They can also just let the UDT work...

And HOW to use that? All what I saw I can copy the deck which is already created in game by myself and then COPY HER IN GAME WHEN CREATE NEW ONE, WOW, I couldn't do that before with COPY BUTTON?? With this export I can't create deck here,on this DECKS WEBSITE, it doesn't work! (when I use EXPORT in game and then here, in deck builder I press IMPORT, zero sense).

You can now export and import your decks here.
We had to use a third party program to import and export decks here so yes it didn't work with what Sparkypants just implemented, that actually makes a lot of sense.
Sorry for taking less than a day to make it work...

As I understand, import collection we can't anyway, I should do it click by click.Ok

P.S. Even this new feature doesn't work too, because I did the same today by codes on the bottom of website page decklist and your new button gives the same code, both don't work. I did all what was said.Sorry.

maybe it is not great, it is not better than UDT but is better than nothing...

The Pathmage nerf breaks my favorite deck (Pathmage Dagoth) in so many ways. I’m sure it was done to curb nix ox combos and garbage like that. What a shame.
