Alright stats, effect is pretty bad lategame and only sees potential as a Turn-2 curve drop, otherwise isn't worth playing past that at all.

Even in early game if you play it at turn 2 you will get your earliest value at turn 3, not guaranteed though. Coining out this card at turn 1 is useless, again earliest value at turn 3. Maybe with a goblin deck with 0 cost minions. Was nice in my deck, felt kinda gimmicky though and I now removed it from my SlayScout deck, swapping it for goblin pilcher, having that certain "Silence" draw is beneficial.
