Maybe a bit underrated. It's indeed vulnerable to both Execute and Firebolt and can be a scrap of paper when silenced but once it turns into its true form (in the shadow lane in most cases), it can be a pretty nasty creature that's worth way more than its cost. Given the wide popularity of Moonlight Werebat which is also pretty brittle, I think it should be attracting some more attention.

I second that. A big part of this card comes down to luck, but as long as your opponent isn't running a Yellow or Blue-associated deck you're fine and will get a sturdy drain-vampire comparable to Night Shadow. Even if your opponent plays Yellow or Blue or both together, it would only be a coincidental piece of luck that they have a Firebolt or Execute in their hand the turn you play Little Girl.
It's so nasty how often they execute little girls in this game...

Right? You'd be surprised how quick they are to suppress, fire bolt, Arrest and even Execute this innocent little girl that has absolutely done no wrong... yet...
One nice thing about this card is even if it dies next turn after changing, in a deck with cards like Soul Tear you can bring it back - as a 5/5 drain instead of a 0/2. It does cost one more than normal, but its still a pretty nice deal.
I like the card concept, shame how easy is it to get rid of her. If you don't run a pure green deck you'll always have tools to kill/ silence it. Not worth to include in decks on ladder.
