I think I know how it works, you need 3x ring of lordship/fence in hand, 2x forsworn guide and at least 1 market on board, you make forsworn guide cost 0 and return another forsworn guide – infinite 0 mana cards.

Maybe typical Market decks are dead. But, God bless, non-typical Market decks are still a thing!

Pulling off a seven card combo seems pretty crazy. The looter helps find the rings, but getting them on the looter to loop the guides with a market seems unlikely even with the card draw.

On the plus side the whole combo costs 8 mana from hand making it a reasonable combo from that side, and prevents most interaction (prophecy jav or silence are no fun).
