EDIT: I noticed someone dissing this deck due to it not having “Mantikora” or “Miraak” etc- The Reason why? You need to get your head OUTSIDE of the previous meta. Here is what happens when this deck faces a Control Mage using Mantikora and Miraak.
Do your best to get Rebuilders, Mentor, Ancient Lookout and Midnight Snack out early as you have Soul Tear to revive them for the health boost. Late game you really want to mess with your opponent using Soul Tear to revive either Dragons or Footsoldiers. for the 6 pool it was looking a bit stacked thus why we are going in 2’s – Note I swapped out the Edict of Azura to only 2 in the deck rather than three, boosted Jav to three rather than due due to prophecy.

I’m currently rank 4. And have gone 1-7 now. Eyenie’s correct. The early game is just not there. And consistently having to mulligan to find my early game, just to receive 3+ 4 cost cards that cant hold their own.
I really was hoping this deck was going to work. I love Spellsword. Just don’t think its this deck that’s going to make it comeback.
