This is solid deck. I was stuck on level 3 for days and this got me up to 1 fairly quickly. The only substitution I made was Night Talon for the missing Blood Magic Lord.

Its actually a very good deck. If your meta is swarming you with agro orcs or rush archer you can consider swapping out savior for a 2 drop guard... but it should be unnecessary. Same with prophecy: it should be unnecessary. When you gain control and maintain it, getting a cast for free (even a potentially useless one) is no better than drawing another efficient piece of control.

From your post, i can already tell something you're doing wrong though: not using your minions as control. Its a control build, not an agro or midrange. Your attack should be killing their tempo. When you use your minions to kill their minions, Fell the Mighty only needs to be a 1 of.

I rode a very similar build to legend last season, although I used Lucien and Venomtongue in mine.

As far as crossbow is concerned, you're doing it wrong. Use it after an attack to activate the slay on a Cicero, Blood Lord, or Defiler.
If one person calls you a horse, you can laugh about it. If two people call you a horse, you should perhaps check a mirror. If three people call you a horse, buy a saddle.

Many have had success with this build of control. Perhaps you should consider that before you blame the deck.

Deck actually is REALLY slow and loses to aggressive midrange decks. I wouldn't recommend to play it on ladder. And I don't think you can fix those matchups, warrior doesn't have good prophecy cards. I played 6 more 3 drops and it still loses tempo in early game and you can't comeback.
Play it only if you face a lot of control decks.

I decided to experiment with it in Casual, what a mistake. I feel it can fit into ladder, though maybe not now since decks seem to be picking up in aggro but in casual forget it. Anything with more than 4 drops in casual isn't going to stack up, so I basically wasted my time :D. You are right though, anything super aggro if you don't get lucky with some lower cost drops it seems you lose control of the board way too fast.
I tried to provide some insight. Its obvious from that match listing that you're not playing ir correctly: either because you fail to understand the deck, or maybe the fundamentals of TCGs altogether. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt.

Eyenie is spot on: the deck has some weaknesses but it has proven capable of reaching legend. Try not to take things too personally and watch a couple youtube videos on pilotting control in modern TCG formats. This aint hearthstone. You cant Smorc Hunter/Pirate your way to the top.
