New Keywords:
Consume: you can remove a card in your discard pile from the game to gain advantages.
Wax and Wane: Cards with this power enter play with one of two abilities dictated by the ‘waxing’ and ‘waning’ phases of the moons. These phases change at the end of each of your turns.

Wax ? Wane ? Consume ?

Wax and Wane is a new mechanic that depends on the turn it is played. If the turn is a "Wax" turn, said effect will trigger. The state changes between "Wax" and "Wane" at the end of your turns.

Consume triggers when you play the card and "eats" or "consumes" a creature from your discard pile and trigger the effect. Don't know if Consume also gives the summoned Skeleton the stats of the creature consumed though...
Wow. New abilities. I've just learnt the this new set and i have to learn again :D

These look interesting. Can't wait to see more!
The power-creep on Moonphase Suthay though... It's a vastly superior Indoril Mastermind that's in Agility...

If only we had any Agility cards with card draw effects to compare Moonphase Suthay with... Oh, wait!
Indoril Mastermind went from "annoying meta necromancer fuel" to "garbage pack filler" imo

I believe Wax and Wane only activate once, on the summon.

Halls of Colossus
Activate : Summon a non-Unique Dragon of your choice from your deck.
Well now...

I like them. Espacially the art for the dragon.

I doubt it since the effect says the skeleton is a 1/1 creature.

Does consume count as sacrifice?

i think it's like to banish a creature card from your discard pile

And if you are not playing graveyard deck, it’s nice to banish your graveyard with those Minimarcos out there.

I think so. In a funny way should be "from your opponent discard pile" but, I know it became OP.

So, we suppose to find a new moon on the ladder...and maybe on the next expansion sunset or sunrise... :-)
