First impressions were good but after 20+ games i found out that it has way too much actions.
It’s barely possible to win with this against pure agro decks when you’re about to die in your 5th turn when your only chance is Ice Storm 
You simply don’t have enough magica to build up your combos.
Another flaw as I saw is that since this deck is control, you should expect your games to end up at 12 magica. And it does not have cards that are big, except Ancano so the end game is bad. If you mess up your combos or your opponents silences/removes your cards like Altmer Dragonknight, Therana, Chanter of Akatosh you’re pretty much dead.
The lack of creatures makes it impossible to do real damage. Your creatures gets killed and you end up having full hand of actions. There were a few games when I lost just by running out of cards.
Also, I noticed you have NEVER uploaded any content to this site. I would just LOVE to see some!

NOTE: I play about 10 hours a MONTH. I barely reach legends from rank 5 each month as I have no time to play this old game anymore.
The fact that I can achieve this feat with nothing but homegrown meme decks is worth note. I was not aware the deck I posted was on the top page even, or for that matter the top voted deck of the week. The fact that it was just goes to further prove that this game is dead AF. I did not tell a SINGLE person I posted this. I guess I just have a talent that you do not, sadly.
I mean, its a video game… on the Internet. Re-evaluate yourself. I assume you don’t make much over minimum wage.
